Description:

    The Superluminescent Diode (SLD) is a 1310nm high performance, low polarization and low ripple semiconductor based light source. The design is a buried heterostructure on N-type substrate with multi-quantum well (MQW) active layers, and the facets are coated with anti-reflectance layer.
